If the product is fault we would like you to email us the details of the fault and we will look to exchange. Any other reason we cannot exchange or refund the product due to personalised printing.

All of our products are sold with a view of collection at one of our camps, courses or 1:1 sessions. We do not ship direct to your address. All orders need to be made 3 weeks prior to a camp or a course.
