Co-Founder / Lead Coach
Martin is currently Director of Cricket at Charterhouse, where he has been for the last 15 years. Formerly he played for Surrey CCC for 21 years and represented England in 4 test matches and 7 ODI’s.
Martin took 1,500 wickets for Surrey as well as scoring over 8,000 runs. He was named Wisden Cricketer of the year in 2001.
A Level 4 Coach, Martin brings all that experience as well as a coaching career that has seen him work with International cricketers to absolute beginners.
Co-Founder / Coach
Oli is currently the head coach for Churt Junior Cricket Club and over the past 4 years he has created and delivered training courses for 5–11-year-olds. He focusses on fast paced skill development that is inclusive for all children whilst ensuring there is a pathway programme for children aspiring to play county cricket.
Oli has 15 years’ experience in data analytics and is always exploring how data can be leveraged for enhancing performance but also increase children’s engagement in the sport.
Evette has played cricket for both Surrey and Kent for 20 years. An ECB level 2 cricket coach, she has accumulated a wealth of experience delivering coaching at Newdigate, Mole Valley and with Surrey Pride of Lions courses.
Evette is currently investigating the use of IoT technology to enhance the role of the coach and, perhaps, implement the IoE within coaching cricket as a complementary tool for analysis.
Ryan is from Durban, South Africa, where he played provincial cricket at U15 and U17 for the Dolphins. He then moved into senior cricket playing in the Durban premier league.
Ryan’s coaching career has seen develop several teams from U11-U14 age groups. He received his level 1 at Westville Boys High School while he coached both the U14’s and at the elite academy.
Jonny has been coaching over 6 years across Surrey and for a brief period in Australia. Having played Surrey Premiership cricket and trained with Nottinghamshire CCC, Jonny brings great playing experience to the sport he is passionate about.
